Shipping methods/ Countries
(1) All ordered goods are shipped with GLS, you can track your package here with your GLS package number.
(2) In case of an order on pallet, the goods will be shipped by our forwarding agent.
(3) At the request of the customer, express deliveries can also be made. The additional costs thereby incurred shall be borne by the customer.
(4) Transport insurance shall be taken out at the customer's expense. Transport damages are to be reported immediately to the deliverer.

Delivery times
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt. Your order is currently delivered within 1 to 3 working days. On average, domestic delivery takes 2 working days from receipt of the order.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from uridan's dispatch warehouse to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. The shipment within Austria as well as abroad is carried out as GLS parcel. uridan wtaerless solutions GmbH is entitled to have the delivery carried out by another shipping company. If the parcel is damaged during transport by the parcel service, please report this damage immediately to the parcel service delivery person. We will immediately resend the items you ordered.
