Sewage pipes that were previously used by water-flushed urinals must be cleaned before uridan urinals are installed. It must be ensured that the urine scale and other deposits formed by the water flush are removed before uridan urinals are installed. Flushing the pipes is not sufficient. uridan urinals function without water flushing. They must therefore only be connected to a wastewater pipe with Ø 50 mm. Installation may only be carried out by approved plumbers in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in the respective country.
